PLAYER REGISTRATION FORMS AND TEAM REGISTER OF ALL PLAYERS ARE NOW AVAILABLE TO DOWNLOAD FROM THIS SITE. PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS ON THESE FORMS. INCORRECTLY FILLED FORMS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU WITH A £20 FINE AND YOU WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE THEM ALL AGAIN. ALL MANAGERS PLEASE NOTE.

All players (new or existing) require a copy of thier birth certificate and a passport size photo accompanying thier player registration forms. This will allow Doreen to bring the registration system up to date.

So remember, do exactly what it says on the form! Only phone Doreen or myself if you have a problem.
