Player Registration Forms

To All Managers, player registration forms are now ready to be downloaded. Longhorn League registered players from last season will only require the registration form. ALL NEW PLAYERS require photo & birth certificate. Please note that is the Managers responsibility to make sure that this is correct. Also please download a Team Register of all players form.
